The Heritage in War Project is a three-year project funded by a £500,000 grant from the Arts and Humanities Research Council, UK. It is a collaboration between Derek Matravers of the Open University and Helen Frowe of Stockholm University. The project aims to develop a philosophically rich account of the moral status of cultural property, and of how we ought to incorporate this status into our accounts of the ethics of war. More information can be found on the project website.
