The Heritage in War Project was a three-year project (2017-2020) funded by a £500,000 grant from the Arts and Humanities Research Council, UK. It was a collaboration between myself and  Derek Matravers of the Open University. The project's central aim was to develop of how we ought to incorporate the moral status of cultural heritage into our accounts of the ethics of war.
